Teaching Interests
My teaching interests draw from my diverse industry and research experience. For over 14 years, I worked as a process engineer, business analyst, software quality assurance consultant, and IT project manager.
In my research, I collaborate with industry partners to conduct multi-disciplinary investigations of the interfacing areas of business, processes, and IT, especially in the healthcare domain. I endeavor to leverage these experiences to help students understand and seek innovative solutions to business problems.
